Domain Name
WhizzLiz will purchase a .co.uk domain name on your behalf subject to availability for a period of 1 year and take care of all the admin. The domain name will be bought as soon as work on a site commences to ensure it is not taken. The 1 year period will begin from the date of purchase.
Hosting
Web hosting is the place where your website files are stored and are accessed by a persons computer. All your web pages and images are stored here. Hosting is provided for 1 year for the date your site is completed.
Renewal
All our websites come with 12 months free hosting and domain name. Current costs for a further 12 months web hosting and domain name renewal is £75.
For sites using the Content Management System renewal is an additional £50.
Your Site Design
We will work with you to ensure you receive a top quality site to reflect your personal needs. You can have as much or as little input into the design as you wish.
We will supply you with a mailbox which you can either access online or set up to download to a program such as MS Outlook. Online mailboxs have a limit of 40MB. (If you choose to download your email there is no limit). The mailbox will be setup to receive mail addressed to anything@yourdomain.co.uk - this means that whatever a person puts before the @ sign will get to you. This is useful if you want to have multiple addresses on your site to give the impression of a large company. For your convenience if you require we can set up your mailbox to send a copy to your personal address, thus avoiding the need to check your business email for new messages separately.
Search Engine Optimisation
All websites will be built in a way to help your business get found on the web. WhizzLiz will work with you to ensure the keywords that match your business are used to help your site get high up in the search ratings. We will also submit your website to Google on completion to speed up the process. Your site will also get picked up by all other search engines.
